Please note, that due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
All of our earrings are handmade and one of a kind, which may lead to some variances in colouring, patterns and shapes - making every pair of earrings unique! If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before you make a purchase.
If you find you're really not digging your purchase contact us and we will see if there is something we can do to help you out. You can always contact us with any questions at email@example.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the product.
This this time we do not offer exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
